The Minieffet is a square box, 8 3/4 by 8 3/4 by 6 3/4 inches, equipped with 25 blinking bulbs, 9 coloured, perforated masks and a translucid screen for the reception of images.

Four slots have been cut into the top of the box, in the place located in front of the lamps. The translucid reception screen is introduced, preferably, into the foremost of the slots.

The spectator can change about the order of introduction of the masks by placing the translucid screen in front of the bulbs and the masks in front of the screen, or even suppress the translucid screen and play with the masks directly lighted by the bulbs. He may also create other masks.

The Minieffet thus realises rhythmic, infinitely variable visual combinations in continual movement, resulting in new possibilities for the development of aesthetic pleasure according to individual creativity.
The Minieffet has been brought out in 5000 copies by Editions Denise René (Paris).
