Michael W. Conner

Michael W. Conner completed his Ph.D. in African art history at Indiana University, specializing in the arts of the Ngoni of Malawi. He is the co-editor and moderator for the Listserv/Website of

the Arts Council of the African Studies Association (ACASA), and has been involved in a number of advanced technology projects, including the development of CD-ROM's and virtual art exhibitions. He is presently working with Southern University at New Orleans to inaugurate a graduate program in Museum Studies and Cultural Preservation.
